Been Crazy

The past few months have allowed me to focus on new ideas and have afforded me the opportunity to purchase some great new equipment.  I'm looking to add new touches to my films and one of the new additions is Blu Ray.  Stay tuned for some useful information regarding High Definition v.s. Standard Definition in the coming weeks on my blog and news letter.

Will also be adding some great film clips and discussions on important information for Brides.  Make it a great day, even though it is a wet one.

Ashley and Eric's Wedding Teaser 10/17/09

What a great day I had filming Ashley and Eric's wedding.  There was a steady drizzle at Immaculate Conception Church in Sleepy Hollow http://www.iccsleepyhollow.org/.  Once the ceremony ended the drizzle let up and gave the photographer (John Arcara) http://www.johnarcara.com/ and me enough time to get some great footage.  When we arrive at the beautiful Tappan Hill Mansion http://www.abigailkirsch.com/.  We had an opportunity to film in some amazing areas inside Tappan Hill thanks to Ashley and Eric's desire to do something fun a and different.  It was a great night and this teaser I've created will give you a little snapshot into our experience.  Hope you enjoy what I've created.

Kathryn and Larry's Teaser == October 16, 2009

What a great day we had on Friday for Kathryn and Larry's wedding.  The weather felt like a cold winters day as the temperatures hovered around 40 degrees for most of the day.  The Ceremony took place at Holy Rosary Church in Hawthorne.  After the ceremony we went to Glen Island Park where Ricky Restiano rocked the house with some great photos by the water.  We got very lucky because the rain held off and allowed for some sweet moments outside.   The reception took place at the Surf Club where Gary the DJ got the party hopping all night.  Great day!!!!

Although the weather was, let's just say, rain, rain & more rain, we persevered. Andrea and Jim were so much fun and very easy going. They took the bad weather in stride and made the best of the conditions. The Mass was held at the Chapel of the Divine Compassion in White Plains and played to a packed house. I can honestly say, I can't remember seeing so many people attend a mass. After the church we headed to the Rye Town Hilton for family photos. As luck would have it, the rain stopped and family pictures were taken outside. Arcadia Florists in Mamaroneck did a wonderful job with the floral decorations. The night went incredibly well and the crowd had a tremendous amount of energy and enthusiasm. The band was Soul System Orchestras and they were awesome!!!! The wedding and so much energy and was so fun filled. Let's just say i had a BLAST!!!!!

Good Times...............

Filmed a beautiful wedding for Emily and Joshua at Lyndhurst Castle. Fortunately, the weather held up and we had a wonderful ceremony in the outdoor gardens. Cocktails were held outside the Castle followed by a high octane reception made for a great night. Dave Leonard was the DJ at JTD Productions and he did a great job of keeping things moving, while maintaining a subtle tone for the 140 person wedding. As the night progressed Emily and Joshua got a little crazy. They decided to have some fun while feeding each other cake and.....What a mess and what fun to film for them...........and ME!!!
